Sales Not Being Tracked
In case if any of your affiliates are not being tracked it's usually because of one of the following reasons:
The user used a different browser at the time of the check out than the original one when clicked.
The user used an Incognito window at the time of checking out.
The user clears his/her cookies.
The user used a different device at the time of the check out than the original one when clicked.
The user used a browser like Brave.
The user never clicked on your affiliate link
In such a case, please send us an email at email@example.com along with your customer's name and email that he/she has used to sign up and we will manually allocate that sales for you.
