Sales Not Being Tracked

In case if any of your affiliates are not being tracked it's usually because of one of the following reasons: 

  • The user used a different browser at the time of the check out than the original one when clicked. 

  • The user used an Incognito window at the time of checking out.

  • The user clears his/her cookies.

  • The user used a different device at the time of the check out than the original one when clicked. 

  • The user used a browser like Brave.

  • The user never clicked on your affiliate link

In such a case, please send us an email at support@pitchground.com along with your customer's name and email that he/she has used to sign up and we will manually allocate that sales for you.
