How to Process an Upgrade for Your Current Purchase

If you purchased a smaller plan for any of the products and want to upgrade while the product is still available on PitchGround then this article shall be helpful. 

  • Step 1: Head to the Purchase Codes Section
  • Step 2: Click on Refund (If it's within 60 days of your purchase) and process a Refund to Your Wallet.
    Note: Now you should have that funds available in your Wallet as PG Credits which has no expiry limit. 
  • Step 3: Add a new product to your cart and click on continue to checkout to reserve your code.
  • Step 4: You will be greeted with the Invoice Page, on the invoice page, select the Wallet Option first and use all the funds available in your wallet. 
  • Step 5: Use your preferred gateway for pending balance for Credit/Debit Card or PayPal and proceed with the payment.
