How Do I Process A Refund?

Currently, the refunds are processed manually. You can refund your purchase in either of these 2 ways -

  1. To PitchGround Wallet - To refund to your PitchGround wallet, click on the Refund button >> Refund to the Wallet.
    The amount will be credited inside your wallet immediately.
  2. To Original Payment Source - To refund to Stripe/PayPal, click on the Refund button >> Contact Support and mention your Invoice#, Transaction ID, and the specific code(s) you want to refund.

    Or, send us an email directly to support@pitchground.com  with your Invoice#Transaction ID, and the specific code(s) you want to refund.

Please note:

  • Our Billing Team works Monday - Friday from 10:00-18:00 hours IST.
  • All billing requests may take anywhere between 24 to 72 business hours to complete and process accordingly.
  • Once your refund is processed from our system, you will receive a confirmation email for the same from our support within 24-72 hours.
