PitchGround's Refund Policy

PitchGround offers a hassle-free 60 days of refund policy.

1. In order to request a refund to your original payment source - simply click on the 'Contact Support' button inside your Refund panel and proceed ahead or please send us a direct email at support@pitchground.com  with your Invoice #, your Transaction ID, and the specific code(s) you would like refunded.

  • The 60 days refund period starts from the date of your purchase until the 60th day. Post that, no refund will be processed whatsoever to the wallet and original payment source.
  • The refunds are processed manually at the moment. Our Billing Team works Monday - Friday from 10:00 hours to 18:00 hours IST.
  • All billing requests may take anywhere from 24 to 72 business working hours to complete and process. You will receive an email once the refund is processed.

2. In order to request a refund to your Pitchground wallet - simply click on the 'Refund to PG Wallet' button inside your Refund panel to get an instant refund.

  • The invoice or code amount refunded will be instantly credited to your PitchGound wallet and can be used immediately for your next purchase. However once the amount is credited and used, that wallet amount will be is only eligible for a wallet refund ahead and will be non-transferable to the original payment source. 
  • In case if any same product is purchased again that has been already previously refunded on, regardless of the plan, will be eligible only for a wallet refund. In case of a dispute filed for any such transaction, the account will be immediately terminated along with the cancellation of the license of the purchased product. Read our wallet terms for more information. 

Please note:
In case if the system detects any fraud purchase-refund pattern or if you end up filing a false dispute against us, your account will be immediately banned and will be permanently blacklisted and you will lose access to your purchase. Any disputes that are won are never eligible for any refunds. Hence we encourage you to contact us and leverage your 60 days of hassle-free refund policy fairly.
